What is Incoloy 800HT Welding Wire?

Incoloy 800HT Welding Wire is made up of about 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and 39.5% iron (the balance), along with controlled amounts of 0.25–0.60% aluminum, 0.15–0.60% titanium, and trace elements of carbon, manganese, and silicon. This alloy showcases remarkable resistance to carburization, oxidation, and thermal fatigue. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of ≥600 MPa, yield strength of ≥275 MPa, and elongation of ≥30%, ensuring it maintains strength and stability even under prolonged high-temperature conditions. The wire is highly weldable, minimizing hot cracking or distortion, making it perfect for precision high-heat structural applications.
