The main alloying elements of Haynes X-750 Welding Wire are nickel (≥70%), with trace amounts of iron, niobium, and molybdenum, as well as 14–17% chromium, 2.25–2.75% titanium, and 0.7–1.2% aluminium. At high temperatures up to 1500°F (815°C), this alloy demonstrates exceptional resistance to creep and stress-rupture, as well as high tensile strength (above 130,000 psi). The wire is appropriate for both manual and automated welding processes because it provides exceptional arc stability and little spatter during welding. Additionally, even after being exposed to high heat cycles or ageing treatments, it maintains good ductility and corrosion resistance.
