The chemical composition of Duplex Steel S32760 Filler Wires is balanced, with additions of tungsten, copper, and nitrogen, and roughly 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, and 3-4% molybdenum. This special blend offers exceptional resistance to erosion, stress corrosion cracking, and corrosion caused by chloride. In addition to their exceptional toughness, the wires have high tensile strength (~750 MPa), yield strength (~550 MPa), and elongation of 25–30%. Even in thick sections, their duplex (ferritic-austenitic) structure guarantees excellent weldability and high fatigue strength.
