The AWS Class ER310 MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wire is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel, 25% of this wire is chromium, and 20% is nickel. With excellent mechanical properties, the tensile strength is high, oxidation resistance, and higher ductility at elevated temperatures, it was designed for applications in extreme environments. RESISTANCE TO CORROSION, Scaling, AND CRACKING UP TO TEMPERATURES OF 1200°C. Its advantages involve outstanding weldability, suitability for welding of dissimilar metals, as well as having higher life, both at temperatures and corrosive exposures, with good applicability for furnace elements and heat exchangers.
