The ER308LSi filler wire is made up of about 19–21% chromium, 9–11% nickel, and ≤0.03% carbon, along with 0.65–1.2% silicon to improve fluidity. This alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance in mildly corrosive environments and maintains good mechanical properties, with typical tensile strength ranging from 75–85 ksi.
